SaurSinchAI is a solar-powered, AI-enabled irrigation rover designed to revolutionize farming for small and marginal farmers across India.

Built for regions with unreliable electricity and limited water resources, SaurSinchAI offers a mobile, infrastructure-free solution that uses IoT-based soil sensing to monitor real-time uses real-time soil data such as moisture, temperature, pH, and nutrient levels to deliver targeted misting of water, fertilizers, and pesticides. This data is analyzed onboard, enabling targeted misting—delivering only what the soil needs, where and when it’s needed. The rover runs entirely on solar energy, operates for 5–6 hours, and can be controlled through a mobile-friendly interface in regional languages. Its autonomous or remote-controlled movement, adjustable nozzle arms, and multilingual interface make it accessible, user-friendly, and highly efficient.

By replacing flood irrigation with precision misting, SaurSinchAI reduces water use by up to 70%, cuts down excessive chemical usage, lowers labour needs, and improves crop yield.

SaurSinchAI is not just a machine, but a smarter, more sustainable way of irrigation—empowering farmers to conserve resources, reduce costs, and adapt to climate challenges.

Why SaurSinchAI is Needed

How It Works

  • Agri-Bot Structure, Tank, and Mobility: The Agri-Bot weighs 323 kg, moves on 8 x 4 inches solid rubber tires, has a 170L tank for storing water, and features a sturdy chassis that supports and carries the entire machine load efficiently.

  • Water Pump System with Flow and Nozzle Control:  The water pump starts based on moisture levels, with the flowmeter monitoring flow rate and a manual valve regulating output. Nozzles are used to mist water evenly across the field surface.

  • Smart Remote Control with Auto Drive Mode: Remote has ON/OFF, Auto/Manual, and separate left/right drive buttons for forward/reverse. In Auto mode, a microprocessor adjusts speed using real-time data from the moisture probe. Easy to operate.

  • Efficient Solar Power and Battery System: The system uses a 170/12V polycrystalline solar panel (18.86V, 9.02A) and a 150Ah, 12V DC battery as the power source, ensuring efficient energy storage and supply for operation for 6 hours.

  • Microprocessor - The heart of the Agri-bot: The microprocessor receives moisture probe data and uses crop-based weather forecast to set ideal levels. It calculates water needs, controls the flow valve via flowmeter and manages the drive system.

  • IoT - Enables Smart Irrigation System: Our IoT-based system uses sensors to monitor soil moisture and crop needs, then remotely controls irrigation through a smartphone, ensuring timely and precise watering based on real-time data.

SaurSinchAI is a solar-powered, AI-enabled irrigation Agribot. Designed for real-world farming conditions, it addresses critical challenges faced by Indian farmers such as groundwater depletion, high irrigation costs, erratic electricity, and lack of precision in water and fertilizer use. Traditional flood irrigation wastes up to 70% of water; fixed drip and sprinkler systems are costly, infrastructure-dependent, and—in saline-water regions—often not feasible, leaving many farms underserved.

It is affordable, energy-efficient, and easy to use even for non-literate farmers. It reduces water use by up to 70%, cuts labor costs by 50%, and improves crop yield by 30%. More than a product, SaurSinchAI empowers farmers with data-driven, sustainable tools to improve productivity and resilience—bridging the gap between technology and grassroots farming

Testimonials

“During my castor farming, SaurSinchAI has been my Saathi Mitra on the farm. It saved nearly 70% water on my farm through precise misting. Weed growth has reduced, yield improved, and I’m spending 35% less on pesticides.”

Kiran N Patel, Mehsana District

“SaurSinchAI is the need of the hour. It reduced weed growth significantly, cut my labor needs by 50%, and saved 60% of my time in the field. A truly game-changing machine for farmers like us.”

 Rakesh D. Patel, Patan District
