Agri-Tech Innovation: SaurSinchAI

When we asked farmers why they didn’t adopt tech, most said:
“Because it doesn’t speak our language.”
So we built something that did.

SaurSinchAI, my startup’s flagship innovation, is a solar-powered, AI-enabled misting rover that adapts to soil data and terrain. It:

​

  • Works entirely off-grid

  • Uses color-coded lights for non-literate users

  • Reduces water use by 60–70% compared to flood irrigation

  • Navigates uneven terrain with rugged wheels

  • Mist-sprays instead of flooding, preserving soil moisture

Numerical Impact (2024–25)

  • Pilots: 15 farms across 3 villages (Lanva, Deloli, Dhinoj)
     

  • Water saved per farm/season: ~1.2–1.5 lakh liters (≈60–70% reduction)
     

  • Total water saved (pilot): ~20 lakh liters (≈80 households’ annual use)
     

  • Maintenance model: 12 student volunteers trained as AgriBot operators
     

  • Adoption intent: 40+ farmers registered interest for next pilot cycle
